ElectroChemical passivation is process utilizing our trademarked ElectroChemical Cleaning (ECC)SM process which results in a clean and improved process surface void of Types I, II, and III rouge, product staining, and other surface contaminants. Much quicker than a typical electropolish process and more effective than a conventional derouge/passivation process, electrochemical cleaning/passivation also smoothes the surface and by following the practices of ASTM B912 the equipment is certified passivated and ready for immediate service.
